Apparently, a new exclusive of the Xbox Series X console was leaked before what will presumably be a revelation of the E3. While PlayStation is beginning to carry its games to the PC, it is not really investing in the PC games space. And Nintendo is certainly not. Xbox is however. Therefore, it should not surprise that it is Xbox that is apparently financing a new 4x strategy game of the creator of civilization. If this project sounds familiar, it is because rumors have made it circulate under the name of “Indus Project.” According to these rumors, Oxide Games is working on the game, which takes us today.
A new Games Oxide Work list transmits the news that he is working with his own editor in his new game. The job list does not say what their own editor, but specifically points out that applicants must have experience with the development of Xbox Live SDK/GDK. It does not mention the equivalent for PlayStation or Nintendo.
“Oxide Games is working on a new IP AAA game with your own editor, and we are looking for a platform network engineer with experience to join us,” reads the list of works. «He will work in collaboration with the team to build an infrastructure that supports the many aspects of the rich presence, the pairing and communication. The ideal candidate has experience, is motivated and enjoys working on avant -garde engines.
There is nothing in the list of works that suggests that the game will be revealed in E3, but that is what the previous rumors affirm on the project. Said all this, take this with tweezers. The points are beginning to connect, but nothing here is official. Meanwhile, to obtain more Xbox coverage, including the latest in Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and Xbox Game Pass, click here.
