Get bronzer fragments in scarlet and purple Pokémon

As the name suggests, Bronzer’s fragments can only be achieved fighting Bronzer, or his evolved form, Bronzing. When defeating them in battle, you will get some fragments added to your inventory.

Bronzer locations in scarlet and purple Pokémon

Bronzer is commonly found in the roast desert, at the north and south ends. You can also find them in the South Province, but we have had more luck finding them more frequently in the desert.

Specifically, you will want to go to the northern corner of the roast desert, near where the stone ruins are, and you should be able to find bronzer practically everywhere.

Simply fight them to the content of their heart, and finally you will get all the bronzer fragments you need. These fragments can be used to create TM, but you will also need them if you want to evolve to Char cadet eventually.
